Depends on what kind of doctor he's claiming to be. I have a doctorate and I can only squeeze out enough time to be on the board two or three hours a week...tops. If he's claiming to be a medical doctor, he's full of shit. I have two first cousins who are doctors, one is a surgeon and the other general practice.
