Yo if it was a long soft Afro, or a short hair cut the thread appropriatly could be called the same thing. However because they rock the straight hair dont make it white girl hair to me, its just a sista with a perm. A perm is just another way for a women to groom themself. I like a women to be well groomed perm stile, but I also love women groom themself in afro's, braides, and other historcally African stiles.
