I was wondering, i heard and read about Jewish people looking out for one another and hiring their own only. Could this be labeled as discrimination if they don't hire someone else who isn't Jewish? Would a Black Man be labeled Racist or Discriminatory if he hired people of Color only? Could they prove it or can you hire whoever you want?

Boss hires Black people and has 1 white in company, discriminatory?

I think black folks are in a unique position. We didn't come over here together, we have been split up and mixed from the beginning. Most have no idea of their ancestry. Black is not even really a race but a mixture of races. That being said, I know lots of black folks who have helped other black folks get jobs, and I have helped some myself. We just don't have the unity and shared experiences that other "races" do.
