You really notice it in her arms during the timeline.
As for stationary bikes ... they're a great part of a workout routine.
I always liked starting my workouts out at a certain gym with the hills / intervals. Getting a good sweat going ... stretching, then hitting free weights.
The gym was extra motivating as it faced ahead to an outdoor hot tub, so you'd see T&A coming and going, and to your far right was the pool. And while you were doing free weights and facing the wall-to-wall mirrors behind you, all you would see bouncing behind you was ladies on stairclimbers and elliptical, or heading into said hot tub.
Fuuuuuuck. Stay focused, mayne!
