My take on Game 6 (CP Alert):
I definitely like the fact that Klay would not allow Green's absense to be used as an excuse for the game 5 loss. Shows a lot of focus and pride in Dude..
---
-Green's Return: Green at this point MUST be viewed as the most important player on GS because of all of the things he affects. The offense looked out of wack, and the defense was like an NFL team without a Middle Linebacker. Dude HAS to keep his head and play under control.
-LeBron: Bad news for GS is he found his jumpshot. I don't expect him to shoot it as well in game 6, but the fact that he has found his confidence in it again will make him a tougher matchup for Green and Iggy, and if the refs call the game closer than they have been, LeBron could be in for another huge night.
-Kyrie: GS has no TRUE answers for him. He's fire and ice though, game 5 was a career game for him, but if he's his 'normal' self in game 6, he still may have a good statistical game but he may also cost the Cavs critical possessions, etc late in the game.
-Love: ......
-Curry: He HAS to have a breakout game, if for for nothing else but to get the monkey off his back. With the way Klay has been shooting, he hasn't been needed, but his performance has been pathetic in the finals, especially for a reigning MVP. His 25pts in game 5 were deceptive, and had NO impact on the game at all. He HAS to be better.
-Klay: He has been their most consistent offensive AND defensive player. He has to have a great game, and cannot disappear in the 4th quarter again. If he can shoot as consistently as he did in the first half, GS has to be favored.
-Green: Dude just has to calm the fuck down. Don't come into the game extra hype with something to prove. The refs are going to be eye balling him closely and he doesnt' want to get into foul trouble. If he can keep his head, he can possibly 'contain' LeBron somewhat and that is huge.
-Cavs Bench/Role Players: JR has to be effective as the 3rd option. Consistent and agressive. He needs to have at least 15 points in the game, and offset the relatively ineffective Cavs bench, which I expect to not perform at a high level again in this game.
-GS Bench/Role Players: Kerr has GOT to give Ezeli more minutes, especially with Bogut hurt. If he goes with Varejao more, in my opinion, there will be a game 7. Iggy has to get the game 4 roasting out of his head and do what he does best. Livingston and Speights are going to have to be big off the bench and Kerr needs to keep McAdoo on the bench more. Not sure why he's getting so much burn.
Thoughts: LeBron has a big game, Kyrie has a nice statistical game, but has some brain freezes late in the game that could be costly, Green's impact will be evident from the beginning, Tristan Thompson should have a HUGE rebounding and hustle play game, Curry will have a better game, I anticipate a 25-30pt type game, but he will have trouble in spots. I also see Love really being relegated to more bench time, he is just overmatched here. The Benches/Role Players will be huge, but I still believe GS's bench is a much more cohesive unit and will perform better, and I see JR/Iggy cancelling each other out...
VERY Close game to call, not really confident in who will win but if I had to make a call, I'd say GS in a 2-3 point nail biter type game...
Pretty big? Anything to make yaself feel better huh? They hardly use Boguts to begin with
Their small ball rotation is what destroy the cavs
He get quality minutes even tho it's bout 12-16 minutes a game...
I often laughs at the notation that Bog is a huge part for what they do. The Cavs just don't have the staff in place to pick up on those little in-game details.
I'd treat his ass like they treat Love, pick and roll his ass to death...
Make Kerr sit his ass, but they don't apply the pressure often enough for me.
You know I ain't read non of that shit right? Come 9am tomorrow I will tell you exactly who's winning the game lmaoo

The problem is Bogut does enough to keep the Cavs from attacking. Cavs seem to be so fragile mentally. A few blocks, altered shots, and no calls, and they back to jacking rushed shots. Cavs are best when attacking the rim and putting pressure on the refs.

Kerr can steal rotate Fetus, Anderson and Speights... That's a nice combo to have considering...He get quality minutes even tho it's bout 12-16 minutes a game...

Love felt the best approach involved James and Irving carrying the scoring load, especially as the Warriors were playing without two of their best rim protectors, Andrew Bogut (knee) and Draymond Green (suspension).
"When Bogut went down, I think our primary option was for those guys to play downhill and attack the paint and the rim," Love said. "So for me, yeah, it was just kind of -- I know it's funny to say, but run in the corner, let those guys do their thing, and on the defensive end try to apply myself as much as I could."

"I mean, to me, getting there six times in a row is absolutely incredible. If you see what happened in some of the Finals, I think he was obviously overmatched against the Spurs back then (in 2007). Last year, they didn't have two of his superstars. So you can go down the line and talk about every Finals series, but I think he's the best all-around player this league has seen probably for a long, long time. What he did in last year's Finals was incredible to me with K.Love and Kyrie out, how he carried the load, iso'd, pick and rolled, posted up every single time down. I don't think there are a lot of players in this league who could have done that."-#41 Dirk Nowitzki
