It's slowly turning into the place to be.It’s a small town with a somewhat mid-size city vibe.
It’s only about a 4 hour drive from Los Angeles depending on the time of the year.
Majority of the shit you find on the Strip, you can find around town (minus live entertainment shows). The Strip is a tourist trap like Times Square, NYC and Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles.
A 3 bedroom home is averaging around $400k, but you can find some in the low $300k depending on where you wanna live.
Nevada has no state tax.
