They should work him over in the jail system but I don't know much about Maryland and how things work down there.He should be in jail for however long for doing what he did,which was uncalled for.I wish him a speedy recovery.

It's not easy working with kids that have problems,mental,home and behavioral and they can push your buttons and some of the older ones know that in the eyes of the law whatever you do is against the law when its done to them.You can't hurt them but you can't let them hurt you and it's a fine line you walk or shit you will be under investigation for every little thing and it's best to not even apply for the job if you think you couldn't handle the disrespect or the stuff that they are going to hurtle at you.
