This was the "Lets keep Robert Salah happy" draft
Like I said before, I see what they are trying to do
They really want to stop the run this year, so they are targeting specific types of players
Plus they want guys that have that "dawg" mentality, but who wont be a cancer in the locker room
Round #1: Mykel Williams
This is who they hoped Drake Jackson would be, but Jackson messed his knee up & never got healthy
We go into the season with...Nick Bosa, Mykel Williams, Sam Okuayinonu, Gross Matos
Seems like the team prefers bigger D-ends, who are around 260--270 lbs
Round #2: Alfred Collins
They got rid of Javon Hargrave & Maliek Collins b/c they couldn't stop the run
Plus they were overpaid aging vets
We go into the season with...Alfred Collins, Evan Anderson, Kalia Davis, Jordan Elliot, Kevin Givens
I'm not sure if these guys will give us enough passrush up the middle
But I guess we will see when the season starts
Round #3: Nick Martin
This is the Dre Greenlaw replacement
Fast & aggressive sideline to sideline LB
The team reached a little bit, b/c they were looking for a specific type of LB, & didn't want to lose him
We go into the season with...Nick Martin, Dee Winters, Fred Warner, & probably Curtis Robinson, or that new free agent pickup
Round #3: Upton Stout
He reminds me of K'Waun Williams, from back in the day
Short nickel CB, but whos not afraid to come up & play the run
He has that "dawg mentality" just like Renardo Green & Deommodore
The team reached & overdrafted him, I guess b/c they wanted a specific/certain type of CB
We go into the season with...Deommodore Lenoir, Renardo Green, Upton Stout, Tre Brown, & maybe that other free agent CB
Lets see how the rest of this draft plays out for day #3
We had so many holes on both sides of the ball that we probably need 2 drafts to be a playoff contending team
I think next year is when we draft O-linemen to replace Colton McKivitz & Jake Brendell & possibly Trent Williams

@CurtDawg , I think we did alright in this year draft!!..I like our first 5 picks!1..It was all defensive players and we need depth and some players to come in and play right now!!..I think we did that on the defensive side!!

I think this dude right here can come in start for us!!..He can be a impactful player at the LB position!!
Yeah, I like how we went defense on the first 5 picks!!..
We got another RB name Jordan on the team but we should have kept the Jordan we already had on the team..Jordan Mason!!..
But I do hope Jordan James will be a good RB for us!!..

..I believe this was going to be his breakout season right here!!..Damn, I hope he recover and get better!!..
