Nope. Europe and the U.S. are cancers to progress, historically. Having business partnerships with China, Russia, Iran, etc. is a much better deal than having resources taken for a penny, the remnants of colonialism. There is NO WAY those numerous projects would have kicked off in Burkina Faso if French military and embassies were not kicked out after turning it's nation around.
