That's right!! Let's bring up this dude's past. Every time an unarmed black person is killed, they always search for his criminal record. Let's look up how McMichaels was a shit bag too. Fair is fair.
DEFENDING YOURSELF
The self-defense law has exceptions even for when you personally feel threatened. It says you’re not justified in using deadly force if:
- You’re the instigator. You can’t provoke someone to attack you with the intent of using deadly force in response. Blocking somebody path is escalating a conflict.
- You’re the one committing the felony. If someone’s using force to stop your committing a crime, you legally cannot assault them and claim self-defense.
- You are fighting by mutual agreement. Similar to the first exception, you can’t start a fistfight and then fatally stab your unarmed combatant to stop it, unless you withdraw and your opponent continues to use or threaten to use unlawful force. They both fought by mutual agreement and it looks like neither retreated.
STANDING YOUR GROUND
But “stand your ground” means only that you don’t have to retreat. It does not mean you’re justified in pursuing someone who’s no longer a threat. Shoot an aggressor who turns and runs and you’re not on solid legal ground anymore.
COINTELPRO LEGAL ANALYSIS
If they claim self defense or stand your ground, they will get convicted. The only thing they have is citizen arrest; however, they did not have enough evidence of a crime being committed since it was not their property. The owner could have allowed him on his property to do work, he could have been carrying sheet rock and copper pipes out, until he confirmed it with the owner, than he could arrest him. This is what the police would have done before arresting him, got in contact with the owner than confirmed that he had no right to be on their property to establish probable cause.
He barely has reasonable suspicion, definitely does not have probable cause to stop someone from escaping.
Here is a well known example from back in the day, neighbor called police who entered the property and questioned the owner who was not a burglar breaking into house. They did not make an immediate arrest upon arrival, they had to confirm his right to be on the property by requesting identification (reasonable suspicion), if he produced an ID of a person that was not the owner, than they had probable cause to arrest him. This Georgia statue requires both to stop someone from escaping.
The owner did an interview and stated he would not want deadly force used and was not sure about calling the police. The two people arrested are going to die in prison.
Trayvon Martin is another example of the law not being applied correctly. George Zimmerman was performing a neighborhood watch function in his gated community. His pursuit just like in Ahmaud Arbery instigated a conflict which negates his self-defense protections, you can't instigate a conflict by pursuing somebody for a sustained period of time without reasonable and probable cause of a felony.
We need for the courts to recognize that pursuing somebody that has not committed a crime because of your racist beliefs, and you don't have reasonable and probable cause of a felony, is instigating a conflict and negates your self-defense protections under the law.
I think if that incident with Trayvon Martin had been caught on video that piece of shit Zimmerman would be in jail right now. With this incident being on video they should get convicted

I wrote an article about bait packages being left on porches that are being filmed to lure victims into committing crimes that was largely ignored. Some of you want to live in denial than you are faced with reality when tragedy happens. I recognized the propaganda that was being used to support legislation to make it a felony to steal these packages similar to the drug laws that were passed in the 80s. I think Georgia was one of the states trying to push legislation to make it a felony. With the citizens arrest law, you could be pursued by somebody with a shotgun and detained for the police once it gets bumped up to a felony.
This house looks like a bait house that was open with cameras luring victims to their death. It is about racial self-awareness that some you do not have and results in your ultimate demise like Bill Cosby, Kobe Bryant, and Shaquille O'Neal. ‘FIRST: I said in a earlier posts the lawyer that put out the tape and the local police had ALL these videos before he/they put that first video of Ahmaud being shot out, I said then they should have put ALL these videos out as well as a timeline of what happened leading up to Ahmauds death
SECOND: Does this video mean they were responding to the 911 call that day or did they see Ahmaud running that day and decided to continue the earlier confrontation he had with a guy from a few weeks ago? Also in the video they said Travis McMichael said he thought it was the same guy, what happens if it turns out that Ahmaud isn’t the same guy that his son had had the earlier confrontation with?
I think there’s another video that shows a guy in a house at night with a boat in it, the guy isn’t wearing a shirt. I saw a screenshot on some video but never saw it again.

that’s my point there is no “they”, it’s only a “he”. The 911 caller that saw Ahmaud in the house is the “he”, there is no “they” as in the McMichaels that saw him inside that house.

"He" is the neighbor, Diego Perez. Perez is the one who phone policed on Feb 11th and the 23rd.
On Feb 11th, Diego Perez had accompanied Travis and Gregory McMichaels to conduct a search of the construction property. I'm assuming this was after the video footage.
Perez was armed, as well as Travis McMichael, where McMichael had called in claiming, "ongoing issue with an unknown black male continually trespassing upon the property."
Perez hadn't seen the McMichaels again until the 23rd of Feb when Arbery was murdered.
So when does "he" Diego Perez, become "they" alongside Travis and Gregory McMichaels? Because it looks like everyone involved in this, knew of the trespassing issue and were all in it together.
He should've missed and hit his dad instead.
They need to make other video from that house available too. Bet there were plenty of Wypipo who stopped and looked in that property as well. Why didn't they call the cops then?
The Feb 11th call just came out today so we didn’t even know about that call when all the other videos were made. In the Feb 11 call Travis McMichael is the “he” because he is the one that said he saw a black male in a house and had a confrontation with him. In the Feb 23 the neighbor that made the phone call is the “he”, so again there was never a “they” that saw anybody in a building
Travis McMichael made the call on Feb 11 so he is the he on that day

‘George McMichael was on the phone with the police when he was on the back of the truck as Ahmaud was running up the road, he was telling them a black man was running up the phone when the first gunshot rang out and he dropped the phone. In his statement to the police he said they recognized Ahmaud as the burglary suspect from a string of burglaries in the area he said nothing about the 911 call made by the neighbor that day so he is talking about the earlier incident that happened between his son and a black man on the 11th in the video below. When they saw Ahmaud running again that day that’s the reason they chased him. Listen to the last comment George McMichael said, they chased him because they THOUGHT he was the same guy from the Feb 11 call
So lets see ..
Feb 11th - Travis calls 911, Perez is there with him, armed.
Feb 23rd - Perez and Gregory call 911, armed, Travis murders Arbery.
"They" were all in attendance, all armed, and all had prior information about the ongoing issues. No one in this particular trifecta didn't NOT have prior knowledge or ammunition.
