You can't chase someone down with a gun, then claim self defense. Once that gun is in someone's hand, it is assumed that they are a threat. That whole situation was out of a horror movie. He ran from these guys for five minutes. Five minutes doesn't seem like a long time when you're running late for work and stuck in traffic, but when you're being terrorized for that amount of time, it must feel like an eternity.

Glynn County must create an independent Citizen’s Review Board.
