This issue with the lack of Black celebrities has to do with generators being able to be trained to recreate the images of the Black celebrities we want to see.
It might take 20, 60, or 100 pics to get it down, and then the generators create breasts, vaginas, buttocks, body figures based on general knowledge of a woman's body. The problem is the best generators are paid and the people with the most skill are not trying to get create nudes of Beyonce, Ashanti, Mya, Sade, Tammi Terrell or (insert your favorite Black woman here)

I've done realistic nudes of Meghan, that particular picture was me attempting to give Meghan bigger breasts, wide hips and bigger ass.

The issue with faces is machine training. Meghan Markle works because she's Black (mixed) but looks mostly white and she was probably a quick study once she got mixed in with the BRF for people who are either advanced at this or access to powerful computers.
Body types can be done with prompts, this is why I can give Meghan a slim body, a thick body, pregnant body. Make her small-breasted or extremely busty, even giving her what would appear to be augmented breasts. If work the prompts I could give Meghan bantu knots, lemonade braids, cornrows or locks.
