I think President Obama or Lebron James still hold that distinction. Obama is not in the public eye as much. But trust me..some people are still pissed that "uppity negro" won the presidency. Post anything about him, and the haters come running. Reese is definitely a lighting rod for some people. I doubt many of them have ever watched her play. Social media gives a lot of idiots the chance to just talk shit just to ruffle feathers.

I don't usually read comments about Reese, unless it's on a black forum or site. Any other site like BleacherReport, ESPN, etc. Will have the usual suspects talking shit and ready to come to blows.

It's true, I've spoken on this before Angel created a rivalry that's not based on basketball, the majority is based on class/classless drive to make Caitlin Clark be seen as the best. As much of a push as Juju is getting a lot it is push back from Caitlin Clark fans waiting for her not to accomplish what did. I haven't even looked at the comments yet but I guarantee you I already know that's being said. I thought it was going to die after college but Diana Taurasis words brought it to the WNBA and it has transformed to something totally different, the better than Angel Reese angle is still there but now theres a drive to prove she's the best in the WNBA push

CC is not a big draw of what you making her out to be. I don't understand why some of you think she's the reason the ratings are up in UNRIVALED and the media tries hard as fuck with this great white hope shit. Angel Reese got a lot of people behind her as well which is why more people are watching UNRIVALED and WNBA and her wanting more money for WNBA players which I haven't heard CC speak up for other WNBA players about them should be getting more money.

They've been pusjhing her the most because she's WHITE, you don't see people doing the same for a black athelete though. Just like they were pushing CC in college, they've been wanting sympathy for her losing in big moments especially during her college career that it gets talked about more in the media compared to Angel Reese winning it all. Let's not forget a lot of these fams are on that bandwagon when they don't really like the team but follow a player who they think is popular. Besides not everyone has a WNBA team in their city which I can understand why people would have to root for a team in another city.

Show a clip of CC saying that out her own mouth and not no PH.D COO of Indiana fever talking about it. She got all this exposure but you never see her talking about these things being outspoken like angel reese or saying they would boycott the WNBA if they don't get the contract that they want.

Angel Reese fans don't care about anything but Angel Reese, it's the Caitlin Clark fans who focused their hate on Aja Wilson when she was said to be the best player in the league and the face of the league, they then started hating Chelsea Gray when she was said to be the best point guard in the league and called the POINT GOD, what's crazy is these two players have had that recognition for years but in the minds of the brand new to the WNBA Caitlin Clark fans these were disses to Caitlin Clark

Nah Caitlin Clark is a huge draw and has a massive following, that following has built her up to be something I don't think she will be able to live up to, she's going to have to win a championship this year or next
