A 3-episode donghua ONA series, Fog Hill of Five Elements leaves an incredible impression despite its short length. The story revolves around five martial artists who bridge the gap between the demon and human worlds, a task they accomplish by utilizing powers gained by defeating monsters that come through gates found on the eponymous mountain. Pulling from Chinese mythology and martial arts, the show tells a fairly decent opening arc, which does a respectable job of setting up the main characters and this universe's lore.

While the plot is pretty good, Fog Hill of Five Elements' crowning achievements are undoubtedly its animation and fight sequences. Nothing short of phenomenal in both areas, the web series is one of the few projects capable of matching Demon Slayer at its best.

Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon (Japanese: 半妖の夜叉姫, Hepburn: Han'yō no Yashahime) is a Japanese anime television series produced and animated by Sunrise (now Bandai Namco Filmworks). It is a sequel to the Inuyasha anime series, which itself is based on Rumiko Takahashi's manga series of the same title. It follows the adventures of Towa Higurashi and Setsuna, Sesshomaru and Rin's fraternal twin daughters, and Moroha, Inuyasha and Kagome Higurashi's daughter.

Ten years after the events of Inuyasha, Sesshomaru and Rin's daughter Towa is separated from her twin sister Setsuna, and gets stranded in the modern era, where she is adopted into the family of her father's sister-in-law, Kagome Higurashi, raised by Kagome's younger brother Sōta and his warmhearted wife Moe. Towa becomes close to her younger adopted sister, six-year-old Mei, who is Towa's “substitute” for Setsuna.

Synopsis

The bustling metropolis of Kansai, where cybernetic screens litter the neon landscape, may seem like a technological utopia at first glance. But in the dark alleys around the brightly-lit buildings, an unforgiving criminal underbelly still exists in the form of fugitives known as "Akudama."

No stranger to these individuals, Kansai police begin the countdown to the public execution of an infamous Akudama "Cutthroat," guilty of killing 999 people. However, a mysterious message is sent to several elite Akudama, enlisting them to free Cutthroat for a substantial amount of money. An invisible hand seeks to gather these dangerous personas in one place, ensuring that the execution is well underway to becoming a full-blown bloodbath.
