What is the difference between Voodoo, Hoodoo and Santeria?

Question and please excuse my ignorance, I’ve read that there are parts (again lack of better wording) of vodun in ifa, well that were derived from ifa and some practitioners of vodun use parts of ifa but the deities are not the same

Good question. I don’t know if the families that live there are necessarily from Charleston, but I’m sure there are some Gullah Geechie influences since the Gullah Geechie culture is correlated to descendants of Weat Africa.
I just know the families that live their live under the Yoruba traditions and it’s a sovereign entity
I’m going say yes because we traced my mom’s side and my earliest we got is great(however many times) grandfather Silas and he was Geechie and landed in s Carolina
He 100% was Gullah Geechie.

Oyotunji is directly responsible for A LOT of bullshit we see in these traditions. ESPECIALLY da South (moreso Atlanta). Their so called "king" got stabbed to death a few months back by his sister and he had some nasty accusations attached to his name.
