In the meantime to keep you busy. Go to IHOP or a restaurant as a cook. You are on your feet but it's money til you find what you want.

Most of these just posted. Most likely will have a drug screening, but most hospitals have good benefits. Once you are in the door you can look around for other opportunities inside.

Looking at that area you have hospitals, Lowes, Home Depot, grocery stores, airports, casino and schools.

Is it your resume or the interview. I was a hiring manager at a hospital let me know if you need any help.

You can always run GIG apps depending on what size vehicle you have. The money is out there, it just really depends on how much you want to work. I have a cargo van and I run a combination of GIG apps, and I have dispatchers for local and regional loads. I got laid off during COVID, after 20+ years with my company. I ended up with some bullshit job for 2 years and quit! Did my research in my market area and brought van. I told myself fuck corporate America not going back.

The freedom alone is worth the hustle!

GIG Apps
Roadie (Sucks in Atlanta! Only good for block loads)
Dispatch or Dispatchit
Frayt
Senpex
Veho (top pay a around $100 in Atlanta)
Shipt (Target deliveries)
Dilvrd (Catering loads)
DeliverThat (Catering loads)
Treads (Catering loads)
Spark (Walmart)
GoShare (Mostly pickups and Cargo vans, but you can be a helper)
Lugg (Mostly Cargo van, but you can be a helper)
Courial
Curri (Mostly Cargo van loads)
Amazon Flex
Metrodi (Flowers, food)
Tonquin (Auto parts)

First thing anyone should do. Is to make sure these apps are in your state. You will have to sign up and get approved before you can start. They all will require a full back ground check (Some of them will make you pay for it) and some will put you on a wait list. You can go to YouTube and look up GIG app work. To get a better understanding on this stuff works, but ALWAYS do your own research.

This is just a little bit of info. I'm sure others on the board know exactly what this is and can offer their input as well.

If and when you do it, just remember to wash your hands after taking a shit. I read on Reddit the sick shit they do between picking up your food and dropping it off.

I am just going to throw it out there. No need to take a shit in the 15 minute drop off time window. Wait until you get home you poopbutt motherfucker!

Memorial declined me quick for the food service clerk position. Damn.... Food service?

It's either the resume or it's some underground shit employers use down here. Has to be.
