I just got a message from TD telling me that I've traded way too many stocks for the day and now considered a day trader. I have one trade left before I'm officially locked out for 90 days unless I deposit another $25K. All my cash is locked up into crypto and I refuse to touch that money.
Too much penny stock trading for the day is biting me in the ass.
You can - if you haven’t gotten flagged in 90 days you get one courtesy waiver but it will take 1 business day to implement. Call them up and find out
I'm personally holding for $3 or more. I have no choice but to hold until tomorrow or next week because it would jeopardize my account with TD. See my response to xfactor
