Manufacturer benchmarks are always shown in a good light (as they should, lol). I'll wait for independent reviews.

However, I'm curious what this means for Genoa, their next gen Zen 4 datacenter chip. The battle, right now at least, isn't against $INTC, but against ARM (and eventually $AAPL). $AMD can take $INTC's market share but ARM is creeping up in the low single digits in share ($AMZN's Gravitron for instance). Time will tell once $AMD launches Zen 4c next year (codename Bergamo).

But $INTC's Sapphire Rapids datacenter chip going up against $AMD's Genoa is no bueno. The delay of SR has $INTC competing against $AMD at a manufacturing node disadvantage (10nm vs 5nm). And smaller nodes bring more efficiency, which is big for datacenter/server. I honestly don't know what $INTC is going to do (spin off their fabs?), but I hope they figure it out.

• Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) supplier Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Limited worked on new battery materials that can improve energy density by 10% - 20% compared to iron phosphate batteries, Reuters reports citing CATL Chair.
• The new material technology, M3P, can enable an electric vehicle to run 700 km (430 miles) per charge combined with CATL's next generation of battery pack technology, Zeng Yuqun said at Beijing's World New Energy Vehicle Congress.
• The new materials will also lower the costs compared to nickel and cobalt-based batteries increasing its edge over LG Energy Solution and BYD Co, Ltd (OTC: BYDDY).

• China expects the global market size of EV batteries to reach $250 billion by 2030.

Hulu charges similar to that
HBO charges $50
