Does he tell you where to place calls and puts?
Yes, its live trading. His pockets are deeper, so is his risk tolerance. You will still need to evaluate your risks. He may hold a trade thats down $500, but you may not want to do that. He may lose $10k on a trade, but that doesnt mean you should hold your trades as long as he does.
Keep in mind these people make more money from their online presence than their trading so they can afford and risk to make dumb trades.
You'll get the agreed buyout price (cash).
