My biggest individual bag to date. I'm person waiting for it to hit $900 before I take any profit, just accumulating right now. I'm also for another split ,but I don't think their gonna need to cash unless something drastic happens with their sales..
I have to cash out a few times..

Fed lowers interest rates yet mortgage rates are up today :smh:
I'm no genius when it comes to rate changes, inflation etc., but sometimes this shit seems hella upside down.

The point you made illustrates that. Also, what's up with the financial media telling me inflation has gone down yet my groceries and fast food still cost a grip?

Is some of this just lip service for the masses? Or is there a lag as far as real world impact?

Apparently lower mortgage rates were priced in from the past rate cuts but now that they are only expecting two cuts next year they are pricing in higher rates :hmm:

Anyone using A.I. to help analyze and build strong investment models?

I've just discovered day traders are using A.I. and have dope results.

I'm just an average investor and no where near the level of a day trader, however making use of A.I. has sparked my interest.

ChargePoint (NYSE:CHPT) Shares Gap Up - Should You Buy?

What is ChargePoint

Don’t know about charging companies. Logically, seems like they can only expand from here with EV adoption, but personally I’ve never had a good experience with them in particular Chargepoint. When fast charging (10mins or less ) become viable then charging stations will take off. At this point everyone with a house has charging station. You hardly ever use one away from home if you own a EV. Plus at a glance their stock has fallen off a cliff and is consistently trending down from a high of $40. I’d be looking for battery tech companies instead.

I'm scared of the Chinese stocks
They’re the only legitamate competition to TSLA globally when comes to EV’s. They actually outsold TSLA in China this quarter for the first time and their products apparently have good quality. I’m scared off em, but not based on stock performance. They have much better expansion potential especially in emerging markets. US tariffs can stop them here, but not their expansion worldwide.

Nordstrom Family to Take Chain Private in $6.25 Billion Deal

(Bloomberg) -- Nordstrom Inc. is going private through an all-cash transaction valued at about $6.25 billion in a bet by the founding family that the department-store company will be more successful without the scrutiny and demands of the public market.

As part of the transaction, which is expected to close in the first half of 2025, the family will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Nordstrom not already owned by the Nordstrom family and Mexican department store chain El Puerto de Liverpool SAB.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nordstrom common shareholders will receive $24.25 in cash for each share of Nordstrom common stock they hold, the company said Monday. The Nordstrom family will have a majority ownership stake in the company of 50.1%, with Liverpool owning 49.9%
