BABYFACE verzuz TEDDY RILEY (2020)

Teddy was also trying to record for his platform. Had too much shit hooked up. He should’ve done a test run to make sure it would’ve sounded right
Yep. Should have done a test run.
It wasn't the amount of stuff. That shouldn't matter. It was a simple mistake that they made during the streaming.
Having the software mic unmuted was sending a second signal a few milliseconds later. Happens all of the time in group streams. They could have watched a short youtube video to learn how to set that up properly.
Blaming Face's gear told me that somebody didn't know what the hell they were doing.
If he was doing a separate record for another platform, the engineer should have assigned separate stereo aux/bus outs going to that record feed.
I'm wondering if they had their interface set up right going into OBS or whatever streaming software they were using.
I hope they weren't just trying to use the computer mic. That would also create an echo with those PA speakers pointed at it. :smh:
They better go download soundflower or voxengo recorder or something and get that shit right.

The rematch....nigga please.

Anyone else notice how when he does do a guy song he never plays Aaron Hall's vocals.Teddy God don't like ugly he's going to keep putting monkey's in your wrench

A lot of this shit is like catching lighting in a bottle. I don't think a "rematch" will have anywhere near the roughly 500k the original had. They'll do good to get half that for any significant period of time.

D-Nice already did his version of what the battle should have been. A lot of the momentum will be gone. As with life, you don't really get another chance to make a good first impression. Teddy fucked it up......period.

We pretty much have no other choice
If they willing to do it I'm willing to watch

Yeah, but they tell stories and give the backgrounds on songs too. It will still be worth the watch. Dnice had between 25-80k when I tuned in. Not everyone followed over there.

The funny thing is, the way he was set up looks like he woulda killed it if the audio would have been right.

I think the rematch will be even bigger.
Again, nobody has anything to do.
They’re pretty much the only show in town.
Also, there are tons of people who missed last night.

Dope. Sounds like you know your shit.

Exactly. I personally think it was coming from baby face side. Shit sounded great till baby joined the live.
