Not a baseball guy, but Gerrit Cole was cooking last night for the most part. It was a bunch of errors in the infield and (Cole Not going to first base to take the throw) that caused them to get back into the game.
Actually, this goes back to game one. When in extra innings, he puts in a contact pitcher nstead of a picture that throws gas to close out. He has a history of mismanaging his pitchers, and that was just one example in a crucial moment. Yeah garrett cooked last night and horrendous errors were made, but we shouldn't have been in that position In the first place.
