If you look at Emily's video, around the 18 min mark they slipped up and showed the horizon flat as a pancake out of the window, just like they did in the Felix Red Bull Balloon Jump video.

The moon in the sky doesn’t rotate every night you see the same side of the moon because it’s flat. “Scientists” will explain this away by saying the moon’s rotation is tidally locked to the earths orbit however this is bullshit.
Interesting. So it's flat but it's edges are perfectly round. I mean I can literally look at the moon and tell it's a sphere but when you look at it is seems flat. Interesting. To me the way the sun reflects off the moon looks like a gradient you would see when light reflects off a ball vs a coin. But I'm trying to figure out how the physics would work. If it's not locked to the earth why does it never flip around so we see the edge of the coin?

I personally don't know if the moon is flat. It seems like it is. Consider that you've never seen the back of the moon. Also consider that when there is a full moon, the whole thing is fully illuminated, with no specular highlight or shadow.
Exhibit A:
This ball has a highlight, the white circle in the upper left hand corner. This is how light behaves on a spherical object, especially when coming from one light source, the sun, which is a hard light source, not a soft diffused source. If you shine light on a flat circle however, the light CAN illuminate the whole circle evenly. But further, I believe that the moon produces it's own light, rather than it's light being a reflection of the sun.
As for the other "planets"? I don't believe they are spherical balls. I believe those are lights or stars themselves. And if you look up the etymology of the word "planet", the origin of the word meant "wandering star".
Again, with the sun, I'm personally not sure if it's spherical or flat. I'm actually starting to believe the sun might be a projection from the star Polaris, but I need further research before I fully commit to that belief.

For one the ballon is black with a high reflective index, so yes you will get more of a hot spot.
But for a better comparison, take a ping pong ball, and place it 50 feet away from a photography softbox at maximum, in this case the lighter source is way bigger than the all and like the moon its reflective surface isn't nearly as high as that black shinny balloon. Make sure there is no other light source in the room, and I guarantee the light would be exactly like the moon.
The results will be the same if you were to do the same experiment with a round rock.
But you are too stupid to realize the different materials have different reflective indexes (or albedos) to understand why your parlor trick is 100% flawed.
So go ahead and ignore the facts so that your imaginary world makes sense to you, because I know this is all you have in your pathetic little life!
