It's been said that, in life, losing builds character. But, when you really think about it if you keep losing in life how long is it before you view your life as a "bad joke" or see yourself as a failure. So, when you are presented with opportunities later in life that may have been denied you in the past would it be so wrong?
A good friend of yours teaches at an HBCU in Maryland and constantly tells you about all the attractive young ladies that are in his classes, but he's reluctant to get involved with any of them for fear of being "blackmailed," in things go awry.
You had a free weekend and wanted to prep for the "DC Bike Ride," which is a 20 mile course that takes place on Saturday, September 7, 2024. In the meantime you got a chance to visit him and his wife and sit in a few of his classes (the irony of this is that you and him went to school together).
While he was working you figured you would go grab some fast food and by the time you got back his last class of the day would be over. You timed it right, but when you got back he was talking to one of his students..."Andrea."
For some strange reason Andrea seemed to take a liking to you (younger women sometimes assume you're more established and have a few $$$ because you're older), and let it be known that she wanted to know you better.
Some people would probably say "don't do it because she is young enough to be your daughter," and you thought about that for a minute or 2.
However, you don't have any children.
