I've always wondered...do all of these women post these pictures of themselves, or do they send them to boyfriends who post the pictures of them? If they're posting the pics themselves, don't they know that the Internet is forever, and anyone can see these pictures? If a guy posted the pic, did he do it with or without the girl's permission?
If she posted the pic herself, then she's an attention whore who doesn't think about the possible repercussions of her actions.
If a man (or woman) posted the pics with the woman's permission, the above still applies. If done without permission, that could get someone hemmed up on some revenge porn shit. Caution is advised. Just my $0.02, FWIW.
