Black Driver Spazzes Over Tint Traffic Stop & Nearly Drags Cop To Death
The cop gave him a chance and damn near got killed because of it. It's fucked up that his life is hanging in the balance and he has to second guess defending himself.
But what makes a muhfucka think they can act as a set of brakes or a chock block. Why the FUCK would you grab onto a muhfuckin car in an attempt to stop the driver from fleeing?

This is a simple tint ticket traffic stop, and the suspect begins acting erratic, completely irrational, and egregiously emotional - that would put any human on alert that possibly this guy is going to react adversely and unpredictably in some way

Limo tint is almost always barred on front windows and windshields.
The funny thing is, if heat rejection is your goal, window tint is not necessary. The ceramic in the window film is what matters and that can be applied with as little as 90% transmission film.
I always hated that justification. the majority of traffic stops dealing with minorities don't end like this. What's the excuse for cops always giving a pass to white dudes that are armed during domestic violence disputes? they are more likely to killed by a white gun owner than a brother in pull over.

I'm not a smoker and my windows are tinted. I'm in Texas and from Louisiana it's damn near mandatory
Exactly. A majority of people who tint windows are not doing so to obfuscate illegal or illicit activity. They simply want to keep the light level and the heat levels down in the cab of their vehicle.
However when a police officer sees an the average passenger vehicle running illegal limo tint all the way around, it’s usually a giant red flag for them to pull the car over and investigate. It amazes me why so many people do not understand this.

If you are already in the south, more likely than not, the timt %’age laws are going to be almost exactly the same across many states. Where it gets annoying is along the upper Mid Atlantic and East Coast where each state laws can be scattered in terms of the percentage, and then you have a tightly close to region like Maryland DC Virginia where you can drive between all three in less than 20 minutes and yet which have three completely different percentage laws.
I bought a truck in Virginia and had to destroy a $350 3M Crystalline job on the front windows to pass inspection in Maryland because it was 10% below limit. I was pissed!
Get 'em tinted, but know the risk.

The thing is they will try to use this video to justify their actions against BLACK PEOPLE. You can show them a video of a white guy doing the exact same thing but the next white guy they pull over they won’t even be thinking about the video they watched

Maybe laws changed, I know my boy moved to Miami years back and even had his front windshield done. Couldn't see inside his BMW at all, looked sick. That was like 10 yrs ago.

Fuck that, you are allowed to tint your windows within legally defined limits. If you're in compliance with allowed specs why should you forfeit your right have your windows tinted?
Cops more often than not don't need a valid reason to pull you over and I for one refuse to sit baking in the summer sun in a car with untinted windows for fear some pig cop might pull me over.
Don't let fear of the police turn you into a near coward scared to exercise your legal rights.

Guarantee you with 99.9% certainty that tint may not be placed on the front windshield. That’s a federal law standard. And I said it would interfere with your vision. I’ve seen people get popped for hanging the scented trees or parking tags from their mirror
