I asked the same about insurance, but quickly realized....
Sure there is no insurance for racism and hate, but why?.. does having business and property insurance not matter?
I live here and frequent that area constantly for years.
The locals know that the white folks don’t want these places there.
The bar was originally predominantly white and over time we took it over against their wishes.
As soon as the white owners sold, the place gets bombed.
Trust me, there are people that DO NOT want them there.

The owner of 5015 is also a coowner/partner in the Turkey Leg Hunt and they are in a dispute over the percentage being paid to the 5015 owner and it is suspected that the people who doused the bar with gas and the dispute are connected allegedly.

Not true. They were in chapter 11, and motions was filed to converted to a chapter 7 and liquidate all the assets but the judge denied the motion.
OK? they STILL don't have a pathway OUT. He can deny it a 1,000 times.
They are 5 million in the hole, shutdown at the moment and have a host of new lawsuits
