Well, the "tethers" literally created that wedge. For like 30 years we championed their causes. We legitimately made it part of our culture to pull their asses from under white supremacy.
All the while, that's not what they wanted. They get mad at us because they're trying to find their place inside, but really under white supremacy. They started to fight us for those reasons.
Imagine going hard for a peoples and a cultures you barely know for 3 decades, only to find out they got racist names for us there, like the whites do!
If it's gonna be a change, the diaspora needs to expunge their tether class 1st.

Pretty simplistic list, but any info helps.
Not necessarily stages, people could take different aspects and work on those. I call it Voltron, each lion is self dependent, but comes together. One lion would be grocery/retail, another would do services, another financial, etc... But they all are under the same infrastructure. The great thing is that a lot of these "lions" are already out there, where you could franchise them so that people aren't creating the wheel each and every time.
The problem I see besides white folks getting in undercover for the feds (*See FBI use felons to infiltrate BLM EXCELSIOR!!!) Are people selling right from under us. So if we have our own hardware stores and then Home Depot comes in with a bag of money and buys the whole franchise, it's like the Yellow Lion pilot selling the lion to King Zarkon.
This is not a challenge, im genuinely interested.

I've built a company from the ground up, and I see the issues in this from my perspective.
Bringing together independent entities requires the surrender of control to another organization.
NOBODY wants to do that. Making more of a coalition is ideal. Thats realistic imo.
