It's either we start small at the local/community level and build up. Or, play the game and develop a black lobbying block group to influence crooked politicians.

Aside from admitting you have an age discrimination prejudice, what happens when these young upstarts come up against those more experienced and more knowledgeable dignitaries? They will fail! You just can't elevate people that lack experience and place them into vital positions and be assured of success.

Trump maybe 70 Years old but he ran as a Outsider, Populist Wave. People were tired of the status quo. Outside of the IT Industry and Silicon Valley, Alot of People lost there jobs especially high paying manufacturing job due to Jobs moving overseas and immigrants. Alot of white people believe trump would deport these so called illegal immigrants that are taking there jobs, and force company's to move back jobs to america.
But anybody with a half of brain knows that there is no way companies like for example Apple is going to start making iPhones in America. They pay chinese workers $300-$400 a month and these chinese work hard like 100 Hours per week. You think they are going to shut down there chinese manufacturing and start opening plants in america? Where workers are going to want at least $17-$25 per hours? For the average worker that works 40 hours a week. Apple has to pay a typical monthly salary of $3000-$4000 per month? They could hire 10 chinese workers for every 1 american worker they hire.
Some will say Apple has Billions but this is america. They have Wall Street and Shareholders to answer. They want to maximize profits.
But to make a long story short, the GOP sold these tax cuts, and like what the democrats were saying. Most of these companies are just doing stock buybacks, Just like the bush years.
People are staring to realize they were Con, by the Donald so its going to be a bloodbath come November.
You know the GOP is in trouble as they want to pass more tax cuts. Looks like they want to take as much money and run!. You don't even hear them talk about infrastructure anymore!.

At the end of the day I want the black voting community to become more transactional and less emotional. We must get something tangible for our votes besides "hope". "Hope" ain't going to get investments and contracts for us. Yet everyone else who does seem to get it. We have to question black leadership, and if they are who we elect to be "our leaders", where are they "leading" us to?
