just watched American Soul last episode and the pointer sisters were on there they captured it perfectly

RIP Bonnie. I remember in the early 80's they were right up there with some of biggest pop and rock acts.

Yeah, they had a great run in the 80's. Bonnie left the group to go solo in the late 70's. So the most iconic tunes like Jump (For My Love), He So shy, and Automatic are Ruth, Anita & June. I used to get a kick out of hearing Automatic in GTA Vice City. It was a big part of a certain mission



Bonnie had some success in the 80's as well
