Looks like That shit happened on Canal & Bourbon. Unlike my first impression that it was on bourbon st. If so, anyone and there mama could’ve been killed or injured.
Just walking down the sideway, then cross the side street to continue on your path.
The police was blocking traffic from going down there, so foot traffic wasn’t restricted.
