I want Garcia Porter. Not a fan of Porter, I think Garcia is better but the pressure by a stronger Porter will probably be too much for him.
Man Floyd light years ahead of these cats though, he would've neutralized Porter bulldozing by the 45th round and had him lost out there. Porter isn't fast enough to be a problem either

Just thought about it...fans can't see the action as well as those of us watching on tv...a lot of Porters punches didn't connect...it's a style that can fool folks who can't see the nuances
Truthfully Thurman could have neutralized him if he would have committed to the jab.
He has the problem that a lot of power punchers have which is they fall in love with their power punches and neglect the fundamentals.

Well honestly didnt tune in until half way in. The last rounds have still been scored differently. Not saying it should have I just know how Janky scoring can be and RARELY do they get it right lol

Thurman got exposed by a very average boxer, and that average boxer ate all that shit he was throwing, knees buckled and all. Boxing talent is a travesty.

Styles makes fights...Maidana gave Floyd a tough one the first go round and Porter has a similar style...swarming, brawling pressure fighters always give slick boxers a tough time...Floyd would beat him but it wouldn't look as easy as you are making it seem
On another note, I am glad that Haymon is putting these fights on where they are accessible to everyone...been tough the last few years hearing people say how boring boxing is when so many good, exciting fights have been going down but people just dont know about them
Boxing judges are a joke generally but in this case, how can you call them a joke when they gave Thurman the fight by one round and you yourself seem like you woulda been cool with a draw...the judges are literally one round away from calling it a draw...a joke woulda been if they gave it to Thurman by 6 rounds
It was a good fight. Not fight of the year (Vargas vs. Salido), but good fight nonetheless.
