So, a minor disagreement with someone can be construed as something more because people are looking for something. That is the catch 22. Rapp is very much alive, and a successful actor himself, but I believe Spacey tried to fuck him when he was underaged and they were working on a movie or a play together. Didn't pay much attention to the trial, but I figured Spacey would lose.
