Dumbest shit ever… some diabetics need to have some form of candy or something sweet if their sugar is low.. they need it to jump that shit up.. now what if some of the recipients of these benefits fall under those cases .. now they can’t get candy
Diabetics needed affordable insulin. Trump, said fuck their lives. The price is going back up.
My mother and grandmother need that shit, but good thing she got good insurance and my grandmother has help from us to make sure she can get her insulin even if we gotta pay for whatever is left her insurance won't cover because of the price.

This is still a debate but I've always known it to be called "pop" or "Soda" but never "Soda Pop" together and that all depended on who you were talking to an older person called it "Pop","Pepsi","coke" or whatever brand they liked but never "Soda" that didn't really come until the cheaper brands of drinks where that's all was writen on them was "Soda".
I remember this turning into a whole debate with my cousins who were from another area in NY saying it was "Soda pop" what the fuck is that?and getting an attitude cause your questioning them about it;My aunt was bothered and I remember her always saying "Go to the store and get me a fresh Pepsi"....but you have a whole 12pk of Pepsi in the frig,ok whatever.

Born in 1980 and it’s always been called soda during my lifespan.. when I went to the south to visit or certain other states it was known as pop… I heard the use of soda pop various times on tv and white people during those times but mostly soda
Same argument when it comes to hero/ sandwiches but other states know them as subs/hoagies
A lot of these fruit juices are loaded with sugar so they can have that and get their sugar back up. There's more to this story though. This is what created the food desserts in the first place. Putting cheap food in low income areas
People hate poor people and you see it with SNAP benefits. Imagine telling a group of people who need help that you can buy food with these benefits but you can't buy hot food. For example you can't go into a Costco or any supermarket and buy a rotisserie chicken that would cost anywhere from $5 to $7. What I have a problem with is you could buy that rotisserie chicken and a couple of cans of beans or canned vegetables and that could feed your family for a few days but because it's hot you can't buy it.
