The 3-point contest isn't in her wheelhouse because she's not a set shooter. All of her shots are off of a step (usually to the left). Just watch her shoot three's and she always wants to 2-step left. She can't really do that in the 3-point contest. She would be out there shooting bricks and airballs.

She is a rookie, so her turnovers will improve with experience but man she has been playing lights out

Three defenders converged on Caitlin and stole the ball. And three or four defenders converged on Angel to make sure that she didn't get two more points.
Those aren't excuses, that's what happened.
And yes somebody did say something when Angel was damn near quadruple teamed so that she didn't score.

The Wings put on a 3-pointer show against the Fever and caused a lot of turnovers. Caitlin was contained on her perimeter shooting and had to dish it elsewhere to Boston and others. Her game was taken from her last night by Odyssey Sims who mainly guarded her, and she had a high-scoring night of her career at 24.
I honestly like Clark, and I know she, Angel Reese, and the '24 draft class do a lot for the WNBA, but Clark was well-contained.
