They will get assigned the 5th pick and Expansion draft picks...

I always thought WNBA teams were sister teams to the NBA team in that city so they just used the NBA teams facilities, I didn't know some of these teams were practicing at the local recreation centers til this year...lol
Brand new expansion teams so I'm sure their facilities will be top notch to start.
That was the original business model...
Houston folded because the new cheap owner didn't want the team and the league couldn't find a new local owner...
Golden State, Indiana, PHX, Minn and NY own WNBA teams so they share same facilities and stadiums...
LAS, Was, ATL, and Portland are Independently owned but share NBA & G-Leauge facilities and stadiums...
Chi, Dal, Conn and Tor are independently owned... Separate facilities and stadiums...
SEA original Supersonic sister team has invested in new facilities and renovated the Supersonics old stadium
And Vegas is owned by the Raiders and has NFL money to burn...
