Does anyboady use or need this utility anymore? As I remember, it was used before
to change the firmware of a phone such that you could replace the PIRL of Sprint
with that of MetroPCS or vice versa, change from one CDMA carrier to another. The
problem you would be faced with, would be how to put the EIN number of the phone
in the database of the new company. Some people resorted to cloning serial numbers
which is illegal.

What if you have a mifi device from Ebay that is EIN blocked - basically you got scammed. You want to rectify the situation, Sprint is saying "fuck you pay me", and you just happen to have a 3g/4g pay-as-you phone laying around collecting dust. What's a person to do? Lol.
