Detox and cleanse on a regular. It still amazes me the number of people who don’t take a shit on a daily basis. Diet plays a major role also, but if you not cleansing yourself out on a regular basis you are doing yourself a injustice
Good point there. i used to get frustrated with myself for always having to 'go' in the morning - usually after getting my caffeine before lifting weights. Not realizing that you NEED to be taking a shit daily. i've even gone 2x a day on a couple of occasions.

Colon cancer like many other cancers are caused from consumption of meat. Red meat, pork and basically any other Dead animal consumed. Our bodies are not built to break down decaying, rotten dead animal contrary to popular belief. Those protien, biotics and chemicals in the animal transfers to us. What our body can't break down than converts to a form of sugar that than feeds tumor cells and the rest as we say is history....

We all need to change our diets and eating habits for real.

'Popular belief'? oh, you mean science.
Science categorizes humans as omnivores.

That Dr. Sebi shit you talking -yeah, that's belief.
You know, like they do in cults and religions.

Clearly it is the way the meat industry packages and preserves meat, and how we prepare it which causes cancers, not the meat itself. For example, flash-frying by taking frozen chicken nuggets and dumping them into hot oil, is a process which creates free-radicals in the meat, which can damage DNA. Additionally barbecuing or smoking processes expose meat to carcinogens in the smoke. Nitrates used to preserve meat are also known carcinogens. I could go on...

While an argument can be made about dangers concerning the quality and quantity of the meat we eat, there is scientific consensus that humans are natural omnivores.

what do you think is the safest way to prepare it?

I have a family history and I had my first one in December. All clear. Biggest hurdle was getting my insurance to approve it "early" since I'm only in my 40's. Brothas have to get over it and get checked out. It's very treatable if caught early.
Yep. Insurance is the hurdle. I had to fight to even get the cologaurd test.

So I would better only consuming venison, chicken & turkey that I hunted, raised, or know who, where, & how it was raised?

I'm asking because I'm not completely vegan, I still eat fish, turkey, and chicken, but I want it to be as healthy as possible.

I know ppl who smoke cigarettes daily, eat pig weekly, don't exercise, barely drink H20, rarely eat vegetables, and they never get cancer. On the other side, I know people who don't eat meat, been vegan for years, exercise daily, and ended up getting cancer. How food is prepped & PRESEVERED and what is ingested in the body has a lot to do with it, but STRESS and CORTISOL levels have a major impact also. The best thing you can do to avoid cancer is eat the best you can and not allow stress in your life.

I will say stay the fuck away from PRESERVATIVES and food with a shit load of SALT and SUGAR. They have that shit in the Vegan foods too.

Truth be told everyone needs to have their blood diagnostics done to evaluate what nutrients and foods are right for your blood type. We all have different blood types which means some foods that do no harm to others can have the opposite effect on you, and vise versa.
I'm getting mine done next month. Wish I've would've known about this in my 20s.

You can reduce the carcinogens in the food by spending a little more money and considering cooking methods from radiating heating elements, and cast iron surfaces.

Instead of buying 'farm-raised' fish, buy wild-caught, consider pasture-raised chicken, rather than free-ranged or non-labled meat, same for beef, and pork.

Then look into baking, slow cooking, roasting, rotisseri, and air-frying, rather than frying. I myself sear my steak for 30 seconds on both sides before i bake it. Also avoid non-stick surfaces (the PFOA leaches into the meat then bloodstream), and smokey open flame cooking.

I'm more talking about raising my own chickens in a chicken tractor that I move around my pastures daily, hunting deer and learning how to process the deer meat myself.
Inspired by this video

Same with fishing, I'm still earning how to fish. For now I buy my whiting filets, frozen whole snapper and fresh salmon.

I'm getting a colonoscopy next month. The doctor couldn't hide his worry when I told him about the history of cancer in my family. Some part of me hopes it's cancer, because that's the despair of seeing my little sister die at seven years old from leukemia.

I had no idea who he was may he rest in peace...
The pic of him and his kid is heartbreaking. He won't get to see them get a girlfriend, try to sneak out of the house to go to a party, graduate college...that hurts just thinking about it.

I recently saw a video of a woman who claimed that we as humans should not be eating meat. She made the point that all the strongest animals in the wild are plant eaters. Like the elephants, gorilla’s and such, they are the biggest and strongest. I’m not saying I disagree with her, but why did we start eating meat in the first place then?

My guess is that it was a way for Neolithic European nomads to survive the winter.

Cows goats and sheep can get nutrients from vegetation that humans can't eat. Also, if you're traveling with a bunch of grains nuts and seeds you got to carry your food. Meat carries itself.

In 2023 we really don't need to do that any more
