What's the difference between lofi and chillhop?

I've been reading both are one of the same on some sites while others say they're different. I can't really tell the difference because they're so similar.....


Ive been listening to this kind of music for a few years off and on. That's why Im asking.


Either way,I enjoy the music alot and trying to get into it more.

its the same for the most part pretty much, very similar , chillHop has more underground hiphop sound while lofi seems to have more jazzy elements , i know thats not saying much
