the first 1 wasn't really about the villain but the quest of batman..why he exist, what he's here to do, and the shit he got to go through..as far as a batman movie that's the only batman movie out of nolan's batman that u appreciate batman..his other 2 movies he's like a fucking sidekick..like oh yeah there goes that mask guy..begins was the making of a superhero..dark knight was the joker...rises was dear god why did ledger have to die i have no fucking replacement for him juss throw this other guy in blow some shit up put a weak half ass story in it and they'll give me credit cause hey i'm the director that had the best joker

Hollywood stay scared of the Netflix because Hollywood hardly put out shit worth a damn to go see at the theater. Everything is moving toward convenience always, Netflix does this well. Why waste the money trying to distribute in theaters competing with other films.

that's actually the real story..if nigs get frugal and say i'm only spending my money on something that's worth it hollywood would be in trouble..cause majority of their movies ain't worth the tix price period..u would force them to actually put out a good product and hollywood don't like that idea..lot of movies would never get greenlit with that kinda pressure

With Netflix if the movie isn't good I'll just scroll over and find one that is. It's not so bad if I watch a crappy film on Netflix I'm still getting my monies worth. But if I plan my day to the movies I'm trusting they will deliver an experience worth the ticket price if I don't get that I'm ass out 30-40$ bucks with no get back. (Which is Why I still movie hop to this day)

Suicide Squad's budget was $175 million. It had helicopters crashing, fire gods, and big set pieces. This seems smaller.

You know...I don't know how much it would have been...but to get something I would have to leave the movie theater to go to the lobby just to get another thing of syrup or pay for another bottle of water. One of the reasons why I do like Studio Movie Grill because all I have to do is hit the light and I have service.
Other than the fact that I was watching Suicide Squad MT was...ok...the pancakes weren't bad - big and slightly fluffy. Just more syrup.

And that is not a purely legalistic question; it’s a question of ethics as well. It’s a question of partnership and collaboration. They did not speak to those filmmakers. They did not consult them about what their plans were for their work. And I felt that somebody needed to point out that that wasn’t the right way to treat those filmmakers.” Nolan further explained that he publicly criticized the decision because “[Warner Bros.] didn’t speak to the filmmakers, they didn’t speak to the theater chains. They didn’t speak to the production partners on the films.” Nolan, who has made nine films with Warner Bros., did not comment on the future of his relationship with the studio to the Post.

And who is spending over $20 for a ticket when the theaters have had rewards programs for years or even the movie memberships that all you have to do is pay $100 one time/ yr and you can see 1 to 2 movies for free a week. Ppl can save money if they actually use the rewards programs or coupons that the theaters offer damn near every week.
Majority of the streaming content are high-bugeted soap operas at best. Movies are an experience like going to a theme park especially if they are shooting with IMAX or Vistavision cameras, you have to see that on a big screen otherwise you are wasting your time. I could not imagine watching Star Wars for the first time at home. Hell Naw.
