That’s a triple cap. It should be authentic. That use to be the way to tell.

Any recommendations for a well priced ($8-12) stick? Any catalog bundles that might be worth it?
RoMa Craft! They have many cigars too choose from and the only thing that changes is the wrapper. The binder and filler generally stays the same through out their line.
Cigars International & Thompson have tons of great samples & are running some good sales.
In the $8-12 range there are tons of great choices, it all depends on what profiles you prefer
For me, Warped is really hard to beat within this price point.

ARTURO FUENTE & PADRÓN SHOW OFF LEGENDS COLLABORATION AT PCA 2022
The much-anticipated Arturo Fuente and Padrón collaboration project was shown off in Las Vegas today though most of the details about the cigars remain unknown.
At around 3:30 p.m. local time in between the Arturo Fuente and Padrón booths, in a special section reserved for the project, the companies unveiled the box as well as the cigars themselves. As was previously reported, there are two cigars—one made by Arturo Fuente and one made by Padrón—each a 7 x 50 Churchill.
The project is centered around the two companies’ families and shortly before the cigars were announced, there was a large gathering of the respective families while the current heads of the companies—Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr. and Jorge Padrón—spoke to the collective families. Each blend is being made in honor of the late patriarchs of two of the most famous names in cigars.
Perhaps most importantly to both companies, the other family made a cigar to honor the other. As is seen on the bands, the two cigars are Carlos Fuente Jr. Honoring Jose O. Padrón, which is wrapped in cedar, and Jorge Padrón Honoring Carlos A. Fuente, the latter of which appears box-pressed.
“Padrón and Fuente will pay tribute to their fathers,” Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr. told halfwheel in 2020. “If they were still here, I think that both of them would be smiling seeing this project come together,” said Padrón. “This project is very rewarding for me to do, and to show what the industry is all about—the heritage, the passions, the traditions.”
Hundreds of trade show attendees flocked to the small area that was set up for the project which is known as Legends.
As for the other details, halfwheel has learned that plans have changed. While there was a plan—or plans—about how the cigars would be distributed, sold, etc., those appear to have been scrapped last minute and the two companies are going to continue to finalize the plan. Notably, the companies are not taking orders for the cigars, while production numbers, pricing, release dates and pretty much every other detail other than what you can see in pictures was not announced.
It’s not clear when those plans will be finalized or when they will be announced. What is known is that the cigars will be sold in a single box with two trays, one with 20 cigars made by Fuente, another with 20 cigars made by Padrón. It will be a limited release, though production numbers remain unclear.
A portion of the sales of the cigars will be donated to the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation and the Padrón Family Foundation.
Correction: There was at least one person who got a sample, Jorge Padrón was seen smoking the Arturo Fuente-made cigar and had positive things to say about it.
