Cologuard! Get one! Finds 92% of cancers and is good for 3 years! I've been doing it for about 5 years now. About to step it up to a full colonoscopy next year. :dance2:

had a buddy of mines who got diagnosed stage 3 but he is doing well.

I just recently got my prostate exam results back with flying colors. :)
Glad to hear he pulled through. Had the same scare a year and a half ago man. Shook me to my core. Thankfully it was nothing crazy but every doctor I came in contact with said 40 ain’t low enough. They’re pushing for 35 year old to screen now.

Get yourselves checked folks. Can’t stress that enough.

We have to eat better :smh:

Amazing that changes are detectable in a matter of days

"In just two weeks, a change in diet from a Westernised composition to a traditional African high-fibre, low-fat diet reduced these biomarkers of cancer risk, indicating that it is likely never too late to modify the risk of colon cancer,"
This is always the answer and everybody just acts like it isn't.

Bottom line, they tryna kill us. Along the way, though, they want to extract your energy, your soul, your source, for monetary gain.

Grow your own food. Participate in preventive therapies. Leave convenience, as a culture, all the way da fck alone.

Oh yeah, and when your body tells you it needs to sh!t, do it...right...then.
