I could get something like this but then I’d still have the same issue with height and blocking wind…plus I want to keep that scrap man vibe going

Naw…. I would just mount the burner in the oven bay. I would position it at a height, so top of burner is even with stove. The pot would sit just like a regular stove….

Then again I would have it lowered so the wind don’t affect the fire.

Like now, I have pieces of wood, on standby to block the wind.
i like your idea
i would use a barrel mounted on a dolly/truck upright
with a door cut-out of the side to store the tank during travel
and the top is cut off so i could mount the burner and rack at the perfect height

Ok, Spill the beans
Depending on how many people you preparing for......

1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped red bell peppers
1/4 cup of chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup of chopped orange bell peppers

sautee the chopped veggies in a pan with either butter or vegetable oil.
add salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and oregano.
Sautee them for about 10 mins,....or just enough to soften them up.

When you've boiled your rice and strained the water, add more water and your sauteed chopped vegetables and a few bay leaves.
In another skillet, fry your sliced beef sausage......season it with the cajun seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add the sausage to the pot of boiling rice and veggies once its cooked enough.
A pack and a half of these should be sufficient.

Add the shrimp last, since it doesn't take that long to cook.
But also season it the same way you season the sausage. You can use peppercorn if you don't wanna use black pepper.
I use a combination of both.
A half a pound to a pound of shrimp should suffice.

Once its done man,.....top that shit wit some chopped green onions............and go slap the shit outta somebody.
