In the video you can hear the black person telling him should not have resisted. You resist the police in court filing motions, going over their paperwork slow, getting them on the witness stand for 4 or 5 hours. Questioning their policy and procedures. The reason I state this is in damn near every thread, after every single incident is because all this emotion achieves very little. It’s the equivalent of prayer. What exactly is the tangible cause and effect here, other than simply allowing yourself to feel? One can argue it’s damn near selfish because all that emotion is for yourself. Once that feeling and all those emotions wear off, what happens almost 100% of the time?
Absolutely nothing. And sadly, that may very well be the case here.
This is not a time for catering to how we feel.
This is a time for action so this shit stops happening. So we stop losing our fathers, brothers, mothers, sisters, family and friends.
