That's what the interview was for. If someone makes a complaint, for the sake of the child or children, it must be investigated. Sometimes it's nothing but there are times when it's justified.
I'm not judging him by letting his emotions get the best of him, I'm judging how he handled the situation.
A dcs worker and a cps worker are synonymous. i think a lot of you brothers are getting confused by the acronyms but the job responsibilities are identical. That man is allowed by every state in the union to interview children privately if abuse is suspected. If abuse is suspected youre absolutely powerless so let the social worker do his job and move on. It seems like you are, the guy works for the DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN SERVICES, they can come into the home and take his kids so what makes you think they can't interview the kids without the parents around. In the article it said DCS worker also interviewed the guy asking him about abusing the kids. The DCS are well aware that there are children that go home to monsters every day and their job is to try and protect them. The dad is clearly guilty of something and his reasoning is if they're going to take him from his kids it's going to be for something he feels is worth it

Stop trying to make it seem like you the only one that would crash out for they kids. I use my good judgement, but if the case is severe enough, I have no problem sitting in a cell for my child. With the facts from THIS case, which I don't know em all, but just from what I know, he was out of line completely. If a mf deserve some shit, you would hear me say they deserve it.

That's bullshit, if that was the case, that would have been brought up in the first minute of the interview. You're so upset that this man had a private meeting with your daughter that you want to choke him out but you sit down and have a cordial interview with him for an hour?
