Ay fellas. I know I’ve made a few posts like this in the past year and I’m thankful for the other brothas who do the same.
I encourage us all to stay on top of our health. If not for ourselves, do it for your wife, kids and loved ones.
This time last year, I lost my identical twin brother to colon cancer while I was fighting the same cancer. (Yeah, crazy right). It could’ve been prevented. We’re both ignored signs for years not realizing that our symptoms were actually symptoms.
The main ones that we missed were blood in our stool….irregular bowel movements….stomach pains.
Blood in the poop, blood on the toilet paper, blood in the toilet water (blood anywhere while using the bathroom) is the big red flag .
Please please please…. If you have any of these symptoms or especially if you’re over the age of 35, talk to your doctor about getting a colonoscopy.
I’m about to have my 2nd colon cancer related surgery. And this could have been prevented.
Let me and my twin’s story be enough to scare/convince you into getting cancer screenings.

How do I go about dealing with someone who uses suicide as a weapon because you’re adamant about going through with separation and divorce because of the unhealthy nature of the marriage and family emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically?

My wife no longer wants to be intimate with me. We have been married for almost 12 years. She no longer shows me any affection. We almost act like roommates instead of husband and wife.
