On Android I told ya'll years ago use the Lock Screen widget and it locks the phone and disables all biometrics fingerprint, Iris, Faceunlock. Then it requires your code to get in. So hit the widget before you drift off to la la land or shower or leave your phone around nosey chicks.

And, you can set it to lock automatically after a period of time (I have mine on 5 minutes), plus when it's locked it takes a picture of anyone trying to get in.
