Once again, the article doesn't specify if the shooter(s) were arguing with the young lady that died, the man that was driving, or another passanger of the car.

The quote that you used refers to more than one victim. The only other victim that the article mentions is the man that was driving the car which Ms. Harris was a passenger in. We don't know if the suspects were arguing with both of them, or just one of them. We don't even know if both of the suspects were involved in the argument.
