About 4 years ago, they decided to change the policy on designated gender bathrooms to making them gender neutral.
In spite of people still using the normally assigned bathrooms, last week there was a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom that the women usually use (the women would use the men's bathroom, but would post one woman at the door to let guys know that women were in there).
So, one evening your working overnight and Melissa Doherty was working late also, and had to use the men's bathroom. You accidentally walked in on her while she was taking a selfie.
Awkward situation, but she's been giving you a big kool-aid smile each time she sees you.
