When you were in elementary school and Junior high school your parents would drive down school during your summer vacation.
You remember going to visit your Uncle Amos in Gainesville, FL, and he had a nice family that lived across the road from him. They had a little girl named Ruby, who was around your age, she was friendly, but you keep your distance.
Well, you hadn't been down there in about 20 years and you went to see your Uncle and ran into Ruby. She remembered you and you joked about how small she used to be.
She invited you in the house to talk for a minute because it was too hot and humid.Then she told you and showed you that she ain't small no more.

This fall your nephew will be entering his senior year at Howard and is looking into attending Law school next year. To expedite matters he has decided to take a few classes at Rutgers this summer.
One of the classes he is taking is Constitutional Law where they review landmark Supreme Court cases and write an opinion (brief) on the cases.
He had a few questions so he spoke to the professor, who offered him assistance and informed him that he could also ask Ms.Mya McGovern (Mya was currently enrolled at Rutgers Law School, but was working as a Teacher's Assistant during the summer sessions).
Mya was very helpful and showed him how to write briefs using precedents from cases that supported his argument. You guess that Mya could relate to him because she was once on his position.
He explained to you that he's not sure how and who made the first move, but...
